Product Terms

All pieces are handmade by myself in my home studio. Inconsistency in texture, shape, colour and exact measurements is expected due to the natural nature of the clay and firing procedures. Pieces are handmade, therefore no two pieces are exactly the same or can be replicated, instead each piece is unique and one of a kind.

All of my pieces are porous and cannot contain liquids due to their matte finish. Please keep oils and other contaminated liquids away from the surface. Water should be avoided, but you are able to spot dab to clean with a dry cloth as it will dry away. I recommend using them as purely decorative items and handling with clean dry hands/a clean cloth. 


Shipping & Handling

All orders will be processed within 3 business days of the order being received. Please allow an additional 2-7 business days from this date for postage. Please note, I do not ship on weekends, Queensland or Australian National public holidays.

Domestic orders are sent by Sendle or Australia Post and receive full tracking information, communicated via email at the time dispatch. If you have any questions around the delivery of your parcel or require it urgently, please contact me at stephwoods.studio@gmail.com for assistance.

International orders may be subject to duties and fees, which will be at the buyers expense. International shipping is calculated at checkout. If you have any questions or concerns regarding international shipping please email me at stephwoods.studio@gmail.com for assistance.

I am not responsible for any shipping delays and lost or stolen items in relation to the shipping carrier.



Please select your order carefully as refunds will not be issued for change of mind, custom made or made to order products.

If your order arrives damaged please notify me within 7 days of delivery and I can arrange a replacement. No stock will be replaced under ‘damaged’ if not notified within those 7 days. (Domestic orders only)
